Start by contacting us! Are you pre-approved? If not, please start that process (unless you are purchasing as a cash buyer). We have recommended lenders that we have had great success with, should you want a referral.

We try to be flexible with our investors and close on a timeline that works for everyone. If you are concerned about a quick closing or can’t close for awhile, please reach out to us and we can discuss your options better. We understand that each individual is different. Ideally, we aim to close within 30 days.

ABSOLUTELY! 99% of our investors are out-of-state. We have had great success with working with those far away. Some of our investors even live in other countries! We will send you photos and keep in contact with you seamlessly, thanks to all the new technology in the world. Property management also has great experience with this.

Yes! If you are interested specifically in a duplex, please reach out to us and we will give you a timeline for the next available duplex. We do not do duplexes as often as single-family homes, but they are still available!

Home Warranty FAQs

Our top priority is to provide an amazing investment property for you, backed by our 12-month warranty. Beginning the day you close, we will cover the cost to rectify any work that was done incorrectly for the first 12 months you own your property.

Normal maintenance items, general wear and tear, appliances, and tenant caused damage are not covered. However, we will always honor our scope of work, and will rectify any issues arising from work done incorrectly.

Normally, the property manager contacts us to identify the issue. If not, feel free to reach out. We'll check if it's a warranty matter and fix it with no cost to you. We'll update you once the work's done and ensure tenant satisfaction.

We aim to simplify the review process to honor our investors, team, and work. If you think a repair should be covered by warranty, email us all details: property address, repairs, cost, and date. We'll respond promptly, usually within a few business days. If the repair is warranted, expect a check within 7 days.
